Can we pitch next to our friends/family on another pitch?

We do not pre-allocate our camping and caravanning pitches, you can choose your pitch depending on what’s available with help from us on arrival. We cannot guarantee that we will have two or more neighbouring spaces when you arrive but we nearly always manage to find space for you to pitch next to each other. It’s more successful if your party arrives at the same time.

Are Fire pits allowed?

Yes! We do allow fire pits and barbeques as long as they are clear from the grass below. We do have a limited supply of light weight blocks to help.

Are Dogs allowed?

Yes we are a dog friendly campsite. They must however be kept on a lead at all times. We have a dedicated woodland where dogs can be exercised off the lead. Unfortunately, dogs cannot be taken into the pool area or into the entertainments barn.

Can we make a change to our booking free of charge?

Yes, amendments to your booking are no problem with enough notice, please contact us directly so we can help you [email protected]. More details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Do you allow delivery vans from supermarkets?

We are sorry we do not allow delivery vans from supermarkets.

What length of Electrical Lead is advisable?

You can use a 15m lead but we recommend a 20-25m length to allow added flexibility to your pitching around the hook-up points.

Is there an extra charge for gazebos, pup tents etc?

No we do not charge for gazebos or pup tents, your pitch allocates you 54 square meters of space to also include your car. As long as you do not exceed this you are free to set up how you like. However If you are pitching another large tent (3+ people) you will need to book a second pitch.

What length of caravan can we bring?

The maximum length of caravan (including tow bar) is 8m. If it is any larger it simply won't fit down our lanes. For Caravans exceeding 7m please contact us for a long vehicle map.

When is the pool open?

The pool is open from 10:00 to 18:00 daily in high season (28/5 to 05/6 and 2/7 to 31/8) with reduced hours in mid season.

When can we check in?

Any time between 08:30 and 20:00.

When must we check out?

Before 12:00 noon please.
